PDF Download
You should see the link to download the file for the PDF version above. This link is temporary and will remain active for 48 hours. To download your book, just right-click your mouse and choose “Save File As” and choose the location on your computer that you’d like to save the file in.
The pdf is formatted for easy printing on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper. We have also included margin space on the left side in case you want to take it to your local printing center and have it spiral bound.
