Why raise your prices? There are so many reasons. First, if you do not charge enough for your work people will not take you seriously. They will not think you are any good. They will buy as much of your work as they can and not give you a referral. You will fall into the time/money squeeze. Money may not buy happiness…but it can buy time. When you have enough money you can afford time off; you can afford to have time to renew yourself and take classes to increase your skills. You will be able to hire (contract business to business) to get the help you need. You will attract higher-class jobs and higher-class clients.
